FOV Flag: Convolve with Field-of-View

Driver Table requires *FOV section
Perform vertical convolution on output spectra using field-of-view function specified in *FOV section.

Disabled
No FOV convolution, i.e. produce spectra with delta-function FOV response at the nominal tangent height
Ignore *FOV section.

Restrictions
Incompatible with HOM, OPT, NAD, TAB and ZEN Flags.
