ILS Flag: Convolve with Instrument Line-Shape

Driver Table requires *ILS section
Perform spectral convolution with (Apodised) Instrument Line Shape.
*SPC section resolution RESSPC interpreted as final output resolution only (decoupled from Fine Mesh Calculation resolution).

Disabled
*SPC section resolution RESSPC defines resolution both for Fine Mesh Calculation and for output spectra.
Ignore *ILS section.

Restrictions
Incompatible with AVG, OPT and TAB Flags.

Notes
  1. The AVG provides a simpler means of automatically convolving with a triangular line shape, which is what is required is a simple average of spectra between output grid points is required
  2. The incompatibility with the OPT flag is on the basis that instruments do not measure optical thickness directly, so spectral averaging in 'optical thickness' is meaningless.
