Allows possibility of specifying ray paths for an observer within the atmosphere and/or in terms of elevation angle.

Disabled
Observer assumed at infinity
Ignore *OBS section.

Restrictions
Incompatible with HOM and TAB Flags.

Notes
  1. The LEV Flag may be a useful alternative if calculations for a number of observer altitudes along the same ray path are required.
