If *TRA section in Driver Table, read user-defined filename.

No transmission spectra written
*TRA section ignored.

Restrictions
Incompatible with TAB Flag.

Notes
  1. For transmission values close to 1 it might be useful to add the DBL Flag or write absorption spectra instead (ABS Flag).
  2. See RFM Outputs for default filename(s).
